Condo Underwriter

A company is looking for a Condo Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze condominium project documentation and render decisions based on salability to applicable agency guidelines

Review appraisals to ensure compliance with agency property standards and condo project requirements

Maintain approval lists, update policies, and respond to Condo Tickets within departmental service level agreements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a financial or analytical field

Knowledge and experience in reviewing property types, appraisals, and financial statements

Experience with FHA / VA / Conventional Agency loans

Ability to maintain required turn times for condo reviews

Familiarity with current agency guidelines and policies
