Overview

Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced and motivated Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to join our team in Antioch, CA. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and skilled in case presentation, financial coordination, and building trust with patients.

Schedule (days/hours)

Mon, Tue, Thur 9-6 and Friday 9-4
Responsibilities

  • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
  • Educate patients on recommended dental procedures and benefits
  • Verify insurance coverage and explain out-of-pocket costs
  • Coordinate financing options and payment arrangements
  • Schedule treatment appointments and follow up on pending cases
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Help drive office production by increasing case acceptance
Qualifications
  • At least one year of related experience
  • Knowledge of dental terminology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation

$21-$25/hour
