Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and adoption of financial products by early-stage startups
Execute engagement playbooks across a large portfolio of startups
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the founder experience and identify scaling opportunities
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in fintech, customer success, or startup-facing account management
Experience working with founders or early-stage teams
Ability to manage a large book of accounts using automation and playbooks
A customer-first, process-driven mindset
