Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Consultant to lead the development and execution of a macro IT strategy for our organization's economic development programs. The consultant will be responsible for evaluating and recommending IT systems, optimizing IT operations, and project managing IT projects to ensure successful delivery aligned with overall technology strategy. This RFP outlines the scope of work, deliverables, and qualifications required for the technology consultant.
What You'll Do:
As an Information Technology Advisor, the selected technology consultant will:
Influence the technology strategy to ensure the adoption of modern and innovative technologies.
Collaborate across program boundaries to recommend solutions to complex technical problems.
Develop innovative work practices to support the organization's mission of creating a vibrant and inclusive Tulsa.
Scope of Work:
The selected technology consultant will be responsible to provide best practice recommendations to leadership for the following:
Macro IT Strategy.
IT Systems and Processes best practice.
IT Policies and Standards.
IT Operations Optimization & Structure Optimization.
Stakeholder Management and Communication.
Project Portfolio Management.
Technology Software Advisory.
Vendor Management.

Project Timeline:
Present a draft project timeline, including major milestones and deliverables that could be from July through end of 2023
Indicate the estimated time and expenses proposed.
