The position requires strong experience in Oasis and various home health assessments.

The traveler is expected to manage medication administration, wound care, and conduct routine visits.

Experience in infection control precautions and pain management is essential.

There is no weekend coverage requirement for this assignment.

The facility allows local candidates within a certain geographical radius.

Candidates are expected to have previous experience and familiarity with computer documentation systems.

The role does not require the traveler to float between different units.

The facility prioritizes maintaining the safety and health of patients followed in the home health setting.
