A company is looking for a Project Engineering Manager to lead the execution of design projects within their Federal Engineering Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage business execution cadence for the Engineering Team and improve engineering execution
Provide oversight to ensure design services meet financial, schedule, and deliverable targets
Lead the Project Engineering team in tracking design deliverables and coordinating program and financial reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's degree in management is a plus
Broad experience in design, project, and program management with strong business acumen
Background in Federal Government contracting and procurement processes
Experience in project planning, execution, and managing multi-disciplinary teams
Ability to obtain a DOE or DOD security clearance
