What Youll Do

Youll be part of the SOX & Controls function which partners cross-functionally with Engineering Security IT DevOps and Finance to ensure the organization meets SOX 404 compliance requirements in a rapidly scaling technology-driven environment. The team is focused on building scalable automated and sustainable controls to support growth through pre-IPO and post-IPO readiness.

About the Role :

The SOX IT Director will lead the organizations IT SOX compliance program with a primary focus on IT General Controls (ITGCs) application controls and system / process risk assessments. This role will own SOX IT planning scoping testing remediation and reporting activities. You will work directly with technical partners to design and implement scalable controls oversee documentation and manage communication with external auditors. This role reports to the Senior Director of SOX and plays a critical part in strengthening internal control maturity as the company scales.

Who You Are :

• 10 years of hands-on IT audit and SOX compliance experience preferably in both Big 4 and an in-house internal audit / SOX leadership roles in a fast paced technology company
• Proven ability to establish or scale SOX IT compliance programs at newly public or pre-IPO companies.
• Experience with NetSuite Salesforce Workday GitHub and Coupa
• Deep understanding of ITGCs application controls risk assessments
• Hands-on strategic and execution-focused; thrives in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Strong project management analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Accounting or a related field. CISA or similar certification is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $165000 to $242000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
