This position is with a financially stable and well-managed primary care organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to adult patients aged 17 and up with an average patient age of 45-50. Salary and Benefits

• Estimated Total Annual Compensation : $110000 - $130000
• Profit Sharing : $15000 to $20000 annually
• Health Vision and Dental Insurance : Employer covers 85%
• Retirement Plan : 401(k) with a 4% match
• Student Loan Repayment : $350 monthly
• Paid Time Off : Three weeks (15 days) plus five additional days for CME with a $1500 allowance
• Paid Holidays : Includes one full week off at the end of the year
• Licensure and Certification Coverage : Employer pays for DEA and license renewals
