Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $5,000 Sign on Bonus - Full Time

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, LLC. As an LPN with our center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a full-time opportunity with a $5,000 sign on bonus.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN and other healthcare professionals

Perform basic nursing procedures, such as inserting IVs and performing phlebotomy

Document patient information accurately and thoroughly

Participate in patient education and family support

Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve identified patient outcomes

Requirements :

Current LPN licensure in the state of Georgia

0 years of experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
