Qualifications : Bachelors Degree In Taxation, Accounting, Finance, Or Any Other Related Field Of Study 5+ Years Of Corporate Tax Experience With An Emphasis In Federal And State Laws Extensive Experience With Tax Law Research And Presentation To Stakeholders And Higher-Level Management Experience With Tax Filing Software

Job Description As A Tax Analyst, You Will Serve As An Internal Tax Advisor, Interpreting U.S. Tax Law, Assessing Business Proposals, And Providing Strategic Guidance. Your Primary Focus Will Be On Research, Analysis, And Communication, Rather Than Tax Return Preparation. Responsibilities Include :

Tax Research & Analysis

• Conduct deep research on federal, state, local, and (if applicable) international tax laws, regulations, rulings, and case law.
• Monitor legislative changes, IRS guidance, state DOR updates, and relevant court decisions; summarize implications for the business.
• Prepare technical memos, position papers, and decision-ready briefs with citations and recommended actions.
• Support tax planning, modeling, and risk assessments for business initiatives (e.g., new products, entity changes, cross-border transactions).
