We're looking for a Rockstar Sales & Design Consultant who can take clients from concept to completion—guiding homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors through the journey of transforming spaces with premium stone surfaces.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial consultation through final installation.
• Guide clients through the stone selection process, offering expert design advice and product education.
• Prepare and present project estimates.
• Communicate project timelines, expectations, and updates clearly and regularly.
• Collaborate with internal fabrication and installation teams to ensure project accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, designers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
• Proactively follow up on leads, referrals, and past clients to drive new sales.
• Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, including occasional extended hours when projects demand it.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for the design, home improvement, or construction industries.
• Self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and follows through.
• Willingness to go the extra mile, including occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client needs.
• A team player who wants to not only see themselves succeed but also the team and company as well.

Preferred Qualifications but not required:

• Previous sales experience in the stone, countertop, or construction industry.
