• 23 Total Providers - 10 Physicians and 13 APP's
• Recognized by the Oregon Health Authority as Tier 5 Patient-Centered Primary Care Clinics (the highest level).
• Onsite lab, X-ray, and will offer ultrasound and mammography this summer.

Guaranteed base salary for first year, then RVU based. 36 hour work week would make $300k guaranteed!

$2.4k CME expenses / year

About the Position : Family Medicine

Client is open to a 28, 32, or 36 hour work week.

Call is split between all 23 providers; physicians always take call on Sunday.

Extra shifts available at $125 / hour

18-22 Patients per day

Onsite lab, X-ray, and will offer ultrasound and mammography this summer.

eClinical Works EMR. Will provide a Dragon Medical One license if desired.
