We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations within our warehousing / order fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, safety compliance, labor planning, and lean manufacturing principles. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient team performance and meeting our operational goals.

The Team Lead will execute the daily labor plan for the second shift order filling team : picking, packing and loading of delivery vehicles. This role requires the ability to perform various physical tasks in both hot and cold environments. Work is conducted in A greenhouse environment (~85°ree;F) and a warehouse cold room (40–50°ree;F).

What you'll do :

• Lead the team in the execution of Order Fulfillment tasks : Picking, Packing, and Loading of delivery vehicles

Executes labor plan and adjusts as necessary resulting in on-time finish and truck load

Audit and train team members on standardized work processes to maintain consistency.

Pay Range : $21.00 / hr - $24.00 / hr

Shift Schedule Overview This is a full-time, 2nd shift position with seasonal variations. Flexibility is essential during peak periods.

Typical Shift : Sunday : 3 : 00 PM – EOD, Monday : 6 : 00 PM – EOD- Thursday : 6 : 00 PM – EOD : Average 8–9 hour shifts (30-40 hours a week)

EOD = "End of Day" (whenever the shift is completed) Please Note : There is no fixed end time, your day ends once all tasks are completed, including end-of-day duties.

Holiday Schedule (November – May) : Sunday : 3 : 00 PM – EOD, Monday – Thursday : 6 : 00 PM – EOD

Occasional Friday / Saturday shifts required during the 2 weeks leading up to major holidays :

Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Mother’s Day

Shifts may be 10–12 hours during these periods

Holidays & Overtime :

Ability to work holidays and overtime as business needs. Please be aware that during peak times, particularly around holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day, you may be required to work overtime and on days that are typically your time off. These busy periods may demand flexibility in your schedule. Skills and Experience Preferred

Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred

1–2 years of leadership experience in a warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment environment.

Ability to stand for 8 hours or more during shifts

Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Must meet the physical demands of the role including lifting, standing, and moving throughout the facility.

Must pass DOT physical and drug screening.
