$2per hour premium for team members working nightshifts
Production Technicians at Northwest Ordinance Distilling are responsible for operating bottling equipment, monitoring production processes, ensuring product quality, performing maintenance tasks, and maintaining cleanliness of the bottling area. Production Technicians work in small teams were relationships and teamwork help drive the success of the facility.

3-weeks of PTO available from hire date
12-hour shifts (6 : 45am-7pm) or (6 : 45pm-7 : 00am) on an alternating 2-2-3 schedule

Additional Responsibilities for the Production Technician include, but not limited to :
Ensure adherence to all Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures
Understand and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and best practices to ensure quality standards and performance metrics are met
Perform equipment set-up, lubrication, changeover, and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Ability to operate industrial equipment (fork trucks)
