Job Description : Summary :
Responsible for ensuring all operations of the Food and Beverage Department and Team Member performances are in compliance with the Company's objectives and Gaming Regulations.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following :
Supervisor Responsibilities :
Directly supervises Food and Beverage Supervisors; indirectly supervises all other Restaurant and Beverage Team Members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team Members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualification Requirements :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and / or Experience : One to two years' supervisory experience in a restaurant or beverage department required. HS Diploma or GED Required. Special Qualifications : Appropriate licenser. Strong organization and interpersonal skills required.
Language Skills : Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Team Members.
Mathematical Skills : Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability : Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
