Key Responsibilities
Audit and document existing customer touchpoints and journeys across various communication channels
Interview stakeholders to gather information on audience segmentation, testing parameters, and compliance requirements
Map customer journey matrices based on account criteria such as rate plan and tenure
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a strategist with enterprise brands
Background in CRM, particularly with mobile messaging and email
Highly organized and a self-starter
Basic knowledge of multi-variant campaign testing
Experience in analyzing and organizing information using CRM principles
