Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will assess, design, and oversee behavior intervention plans to support individuals with behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, providing parent education and training, supervising staff, and monitoring the progress of treatment plans. The role also involves creating data-driven reports and collaborating with families and professionals to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
• Strong foundation in Psychology and behavioral support strategies
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• BCBA certification required; state licensure (if applicable) preferred
• Experience working with children, families, or individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote capacity in Michigan.
