About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a motivated litigation attorney (title dependent on experience) to join a dynamic and growing team. The firm has experienced tremendous success recently leading to an influx of exciting new opportunities from high-profile clients. They are expanding their team to keep up with demand and maintain their standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of pre-trial litigation including drafting pleadings conducting discovery engaging in motion practice and taking depositions.
- Represent major insurance companies handling both first and third-party disputes.
- Work primarily in federal court with significant exposure to high-level litigation.
- Engage with clients directly with the opportunity to serve as lead counsel on a variety of cases from initial strategy through final verdict.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected annual salary for this position ranges from $190K - $220K. Actual compensation will depend on years of experience qualifications and portable business (not required).
