A company is looking for a Client Account Manager to maintain and grow business relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with key clients across industries and create value through regular touchpoints
Achieve annual recurring revenue (ARR) goals by maintaining high renewal rates and exceeding upsell targets
Provide reporting and insights to ensure clients see the value and success of the program
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software and / or SaaS sales to large enterprises
BA / BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven track record of success in exceeding sales goals
Ability to travel within the United States
Experience with information security and online privacy is a plus
