[job_card.job_description]Master's degree or higher in Physics, Applied Physics, or a related physical science Minimum of 4 years of full-time professional teaching or research experience in physics Experience in laboratory instruction and experimental design Published research or significant contributions to physics education (preferred) Fluency in English Access to a computer with stable internet and video conferencing capabilities Comfortable using remote work tools (messaging, video calls, document uploads) Able to work independently and follow written instructions Share your professional journey, research background, and teaching methodologies Contribute to defining field-specific evaluation criteria for physics faculty hiring and lab assessments Document at least one significant research project, laboratory innovation, or curriculum development, detailing context, approach, challenges, and outcomes Engage in brief feedback or calibration sessions as required $60 to $90 per hour, commensurate with expertise and relevance, with bonuses for notable contributions Initial paid trial period Payment every two weeks based on approved and tracked hours Fully remote and asynchronous work environment, offering flexible deadlines Location : United States or Canada
