Position : Apprentice Automotive Technician
Location : Downtown LA, Beverly Hills, & Torrence CA
Job Type : Full-Time Apprenticeship - This is a fully funded training and development opportunity
Pay : Training Wage for On-the-Job Learning - $18.00 / All materials, schooling, and tools are provided. Apprentices will be sponsored by a dealership for a no cost career pathway

We’re looking for a new generation of talent to get hands on and explore the career path of an Automotive Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the automotive trade hands-on while working alongside experienced technicians in a supportive shop environment.
Whether you’re coming out of a technical program or just starting your career in automotive repair, we want to help you grow your skills and build a long-term future in the industry.
What You’ll Do
As an Apprentice Technician, you will assist with a wide range of automotive maintenance and repair tasks, including :
- Supporting senior technicians with vehicle inspections and repairs
- Performing basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Learning diagnostic procedures and proper use of shop equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Communicating clearly with team members and service advisors
- Participating in training and skill development opportunities on the job
- Attend classroom training and complete independent theory studies at your own pace.

Our apprenticeship is fully sponsored by the dealerships in need of technicians for the future. Apprentices are developing fundamentals and career paths with their host dealership to go from apprentice to line tech and succeed in a flat rate environment, where you are paid for your skills and abilities.

Interested in starting a career as an automotive technicianDependable, hardworking, and eager to learnComfortable working in a fast-paced shop environmentAble to follow instructions and safety proceduresEnrolled in or recently graduated from an automotive program (preferred but not required)Demonstrate a professional attitude, with strong verbal and written communicationAble to use tools and mechanical equipment and demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitudeHolds a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver's history with limited infractions or moving violationsWhat We Offer
