Rotation : 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Shift Hours : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM

Call Hours : 3 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM (Daily Call)

Call Response Time : 20 minutes

Call Schedule :

Daily call (excluding OB)

Low call-back volume

Approx. 6 call-backs per month (shared between 2 MDs over the past year) Clinical Responsibilities

Case Types Required :

Endoscopy

OB

Pediatrics

Urology

ENT

General Surgery

GYN

Orthopedics

Procedural Requirements :

Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and nerve blocks

Caselogs required to confirm procedural competency Staffing & Facility Details

On-Site Providers : 5 MDs

Supervision : Little to none; MDs handle their own cases

ORs : 4

EMR : Cerner

Daily MD Duties : Pre-ops

Breaks and lunch coverage

Daytime OB epidurals

Take over cases running past 5 PM Requirements

Board Certified in Anesthesiology Required

Active Indiana License Required
