Job Description : BOH Line Cook

Job Summary : As a BOH Line Cook , you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating menu items according to company standards while ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and company standards.
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure all food is cooked and presented properly, maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management and proper food storage.
  • Handle kitchen equipment properly and safely.
  • Adapt to high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

    • Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar BOH role preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
