What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential issues.

Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons on site.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and supporting visitor management processes.

Document all activities, incidents, and observations in detailed and accurate reports according to Allied Universal standards.

Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate, providing support and guidance as directed by site leadership.

Minimum Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
