Staff RN In LaGrange Emergency Department

Baptist Health is looking for an energetic & qualified candidate to join our family as a Staff RN in our LaGrange Emergency Department. A registered nurse implements the nursing process for each patient / resident (infancy to geriatrics depending on scope of care in the nursing department in which he / she works) assigned to his / her care.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assess patient / resident clinical status
• Develop a plan of care
• Implement / oversee the implementation of the nursing care plan
• Evaluate effectiveness of care plan
• Communicate & validate patient care information
