Clinical Nurse II - Vascular Surgery Unit

The diverse patient population, aged 18 to 90+, often presents with complex vascular issues and various co-morbidities. Here, you will encounter cases involving Carotid Endarterectomy, Lower Extremity Revascularization, Renal Stenting, and Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repairs.

This role offers a salary range of $83,200.00 to $93,184.00.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document care in accordance with company policy and regulatory standards.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
• Regularly assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to the care provided.
• Apply sound nursing judgment for effective patient care management.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as ordered, both over-the-counter and prescription.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel, ensuring professional nursing standards are upheld.
