Role Summary : As a Transactional Email Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating transactional email projects, ensuring compliance, and improving customer experience through optimized email content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake for requests and document technical requirements for transactional email projects
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders for seamless communication and execution
• Manage execution of one-time email projects
• Identify optimization opportunities and document changes for program evolution
• Address email sign-up issues, ensure compliance, and facilitate clear communication between teams
• Review and optimize transactional email content for clarity and accuracy
• Create comprehensive records of email content, logic, and best practices
• Produce monthly project request status report email
• Proactively identify and address email-related issues
• Write parameter overrides for dynamic email content
• Miscellaneous projects as appropriate
