Our focus is on delivering warm, attentive service and hearty, comforting meals in a welcoming environment that feels like home. As we reopen our doors, we are seeking experienced and professional servers who are passionate about hospitality and eager to help us bring our tradition of excellence back to the table.

Job Description :

As a Waiter / Waitress, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they walk in, to the moment they leave. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment and who understand the importance of creating a memorable dining experience through exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities :

Greet guests promptly with a friendly, welcoming attitude

Provide detailed knowledge of our menu, including daily specials and family-style offerings

Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them efficiently into the POS system

Ensure all food and drinks are delivered to guests in a timely and appealing manner

Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and anticipate additional needs

Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to maintain smooth service

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

Handle payment transactions accurately and responsibly

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Represent the restaurant with professionalism, reliability, and courtesy at all times

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of serving experience in a full-service or family-style restaurant

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Valid Texas Food Handler's Certificate (required before start date)

Must meet all state and local requirements for food service workers in Texas

Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 25 lbs

Company DescriptionWe are currently Remodeling and upgrading many parts of the restaurant and relaunching to better serve as a family-friendly restaurant catering to families, date nights, business diners and special events (i.e birthdays, aniverseries, company team builders, etc..) . The restaurant features over 4500 sq ft of dining areas and additional 2500 sq ft of patio space. The bar is exceptionally large and seats almost 30 customers. Our upgrades and remodeling includes new granite bar top, new flooring, new table tops, new uniforms new menu, a fully decorated patio and overall better Decor throughout. Our goal is to have an exceptional restaurant with great service great food and relaxing chill vibe.
