Role Overview

As a Sales & Customer Success Associate , you will play a pivotal role in assisting Verizon customers through the enrollment process for our products and services. You’ll ensure they have a smooth, positive, and efficie

nt experience from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing as a

Client Support Specialist :

  • Provide outstanding support to customers by answering inquiries, assisting with product enrollment, and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Guide customers through the entire enrollment process, ensuring they understand their options and are set up for success with Verizon's services.
  • Address any challenges or concerns, turning potentially frustrating situations into positive experiences.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on all products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
