Call Center Customer Service Representative

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the assistance and support they need via phone, email, or chat. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and offering solutions to ensure an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will be patient, professional, and adept at managing a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

Answering inbound calls from customers Listening attentively to customer concerns and questions Providing accurate information about products and services Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively Processing orders, returns, or other transactions as needed Upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs Maintaining detailed customer records within the CRM system Identifying and escalating complex issues to supervisors Following established call center procedures and scripts Adhering to quality standards and performance metrics
