[job_card.job_description]Greet everyone who walks in with energy, enthusiasm, and expertise Introduce prospective members to the Orangetheory workout and experience Conduct phone calls, follow-ups, and front desk customer care interactions Give studio tours and walk new guests through their first class Collaborate with the fitness team to ensure an outstanding first workout experience Sell memberships to help the studio grow Onboard new members with care, accuracy, and warmth Follow up with leads via email, phone, and in-person outreach Address member questions or concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset Participate in classes and help support events in the community Maintain a clean, organized studio by completing daily cleaning duties A passion for fitness and helping people improve their lives A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to connect with anyone Strong verbal and written communication skills A customer-first mindset and great problem-solving abilities Team spirit — you’re all in for the team’s success Comfort in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Sales experience is a strong plus, and an interest in developing professionally is a must Ability to work within our general shift times of : 4 : 25am-12 : 25pm, 5 : 30am-1 : 30pm, 11 : 30am-7 : 30pm, and 12 : 30pm-8 : 30pm. Availability to work one weekend shift per week is required. Ability to work 30-40 hours per week for full-time and 25-29 hours per week for part-time employment.
