We're looking for an experienced Senior Workplace Experience Specialist to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Director of Workplaces, you'll be based in San Jose, CA (with in-office work Monday through Friday) and be responsible for :

• Ensuring a best-in-class, end-to-end workplace experience for all employees and external guests across managed sites while promoting a productive and efficient work environment
• Overseeing workspace services operations, including mailroom, security, janitorial services, food and beverage programs, parking, and other workplace amenities
• Aligning physical workplace layouts and workflows with organizational needs, leveraging space management practices to promote function and employee satisfaction
• Developing and executing workplace projects and initiatives to align with both local and global strategies
• Collaborating cross-functionally with the People Team and other departments on activities and events that drive engagement and support organizational culture

Base Pay Range $94,500 - $135,000 USD
