Customer Service Representative
In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers by assisting with account management, billing inquiries, troubleshooting streaming issues, and recommending products. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring adaptability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities :
Shift Details & Training
Training : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM for 3-4 weeks (onsite)
On-the-job training : Monday-Friday, 12 PM - 9 PM for 8-10 weeks
Permanent shifts typically start in the afternoon and end in the evening (e.g., 12 PM - 9 PM)
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and major events
Attendance during training is mandatory
Workplace Type
100% onsite for first 90 days (training period)
After conversion to full-time, remote work is possible if home workspace meets requirements :
