We are seeking a passionate and experienced Field Training Officer (FTO) to join our team and help us continue to deliver excellence at the ground level.

The Role

This isn’t a typical training role. We’re looking for a player-coach ready to operate at a leadership level. As an FTO, you will be a keystone of our leadership team, with real authority and responsibility. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our ceramic coating installers, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and support to perform at the highest standard. Your mission is to set, protect, and continuously elevate our field operations standard.

What You'll Do

As a Field Training Officer, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including :

Training and Development : Conduct continuous hands-on training for new and existing technicians, ensuring they maintain efficiency and are always improving their skills.

Field Leadership : Act as the first line of escalation for any issues in the field, from technician performance to customer complaints, and resolve over 90% of them before they need to be escalated.

You will regularly perform full ceramic coating installations yourself—both for training purposes and operational support. This role is not supervisory only; it requires consistent, real-world production experience to validate standards and coaching.

Inventory Management : Take full ownership of the chemical and equipment inventory for your territory, leading weekly inventory meetings and ensuring there are never any stockouts.

Culture and Communication : Build and protect our unique technician culture through strong communication, consistent enforcement of standards, and high expectations. You will be a constant presence on our primary communication platform, Slack.

Performance Reporting : Coordinate with our Success Team to ensure schedules are met, customers are satisfied, and our technicians are ready for anything. You will also be responsible for reviewing technician reports and providing weekly updates to leadership.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a candidate who has :

Proven experience in ceramic coating installation.

Prior experience in technician training, mentorship, or leadership.

A strong operational mindset with experience in field-based management.

The ability to travel across multiple territories.

Excellent communication, discipline, and culture-building capabilities.

A self-starter attitude with a high degree of accountability and a strong leadership presence.
