Location : Lake Forest, California

Hours : 6 : 30 AM 3 : 00 PM (Overtime as needed)

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble hydronic components for coil kits using hand tools, fixtures, and shop machinery; assemble valves and connectors based on customized orders.
• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications and parts lists; gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Receive and locate components used to build coil kits.
• Resolve assembly issues and quality concerns.
• Test valves and check pressurization of assembled components (identifying leaks, air bubbles, pinholes, etc.).
• Replenish inventory of valves and connectors.
• Maintain inventory of packaging and assembly supplies; anticipate needed supplies.
• Maintain general working area cleanliness and safety standards.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
