Billing Support Representative

A company is looking for a Billing Support Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and professional support to clients and patients regarding billing inquiries

Document all interactions with clients, patients, and payors within the company's systems

Assist with incoming inquiries, aiming for one-touch resolution of billing-related issues

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in billing support

High school diploma or higher (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Knowledge of CPT & ICD10 codes, medical terminology, and insurance processes

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and case management software

Previous experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory administration is preferred
