What Were Looking For :

• FE Certification (Fundamentals of Engineering) required
• Strong interest in structural design especially concrete and steel
• A problem solver who thrives on supporting field teams and trades with professionalism and clarity
• Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
