Emerald Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a successful Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Process Engineer to join its Brea, CA team! The Surface Mount Process Engineer is responsible for the development, optimization, and support of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes within a high-mix, low-to-medium volume PCBA contract manufacturing environment. The Engineer serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in SMT and supports continuous improvement through data analysis, root cause investigation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.
Engineering schedules are determined based on business needs and coverage requirements.
Hours may vary and flexibility is expected to ensure adequate support for operations.
Typical coverage is Monday through Friday, but occasional adjustments may be required.
Work Hours : Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
Note : This is a salaried position; occasional additional hours may be required based on business needs.
