Pay : $18–$25 / hr depending on experience — Full Time, Temp‑to‑Hire, 2nd Shift

We’re hiring two CNC pros in Clovis, CA who know their way around micrometers, calipers, tool changes that actually matter, and the kind of blueprint details that scare amateurs. This role runs Monday through Friday from 2 : 30 p.m. to 10 : 30 p.m., so you get peaceful mornings before the machines start demanding attention. As a CNC operator , you’ll take on full setups, serious tool changes, tight tolerances, and blueprint reading deep enough to decode every radius, angle, and engineer‑written note that feels personal. You’ll work with Mazak and Haas equipment — machines that behave beautifully when treated right and get dramatic when they sense fear. You’ll also run the band saw confidently, because raw material doesn’t cut itself (we checked).

We’re filling two CNC operator positions immediately. Expect 40 hours a week with potential overtime when production spikes, because customers love placing big orders at the worst possible time.
