The primary purpose of the Client Manager : Natural Gas & Electricity position is to originate and maintain revenue with our larger clients. These clients hire us under long-term contracts with the Client Manager : Natural Gas & Electricity and supporting staff providing energy expertise and services. The Client Manager : Natural Gas & Electricity manages complex energy issues and develops client relationships while promoting World Kinect products and services. Persons in this position work independently and are expected to perform at an expert level in technical knowledge, negotiating skills, and communications. They are also expected to mentor the less experienced Client Managers and occasionally present our services to prospective clients.

By its nature, this position requires constant availability with frequent global contacts at unusual hours on a 7-day basis during extreme weather or incidents that affect the pipeline. A work schedule is an integral part of successful job performance. Because energy plays a critical role in client businesses, the Client Manager must be accessible to their clients for urgent calls at all hours and all days of the week.
