Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral surgery and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. This position offers the opportunity to work in a practice solely dedicated to oral surgery, allowing you to focus on your specialty in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery.
- Collaborate with referring dentists and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide patient consultations, explaining surgical procedures and treatment options clearly and compassionately.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and practice standards.
- Participate in internal marketing initiatives to strengthen referral relationships and enhance practice growth.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuing education and professional development.
