Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practices, and fostering a safe and therapeutic environment. Responsibilities also involve ongoing patient assessment, collaboration with healthcare teams, and employing strategies to enhance patient safety.

Successful candidates will hold a Registered Nurse license in line with the state requirements and possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Degrees : Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

Required Functional Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Skills Required : Strong communication, collaboration, and critical decision-making skills, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Team members are expected to maintain annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications.
