Epic Beaker Micro Analyst

CTG is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Epic Beaker Micro Analyst to support the design, implementation, build, and ongoing optimization of the Epic Beaker Microbiology module. This role plays a vital part in supporting laboratory workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing data integrity across microbiology operations.

As a Beaker Micro Analyst, you will work closely with lab staff, informatics teams, and Epic support resources to build, maintain, and troubleshoot functionality related to microbiology orders, results, culture workflows, and antimicrobial susceptibility testing.

Duties :

System Configuration & Optimization

• Configure, test, and maintain Epic Beaker Microbiology workflows, including culture setup, organism identification, susceptibility panels, reflex rules, and reporting formats.
• Customize test definitions, media, workcards, macros, and workflows to align with laboratory practices.
• Collaborate with the lab team to optimize user experience, automation, and result turnaround times.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80.00 to $95.00 / hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
