Job Description :

As the Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of our diverse range of events. From corporate conferences to community gatherings, you will work closely with our events team to ensure seamless operations and unforgettable experiences for our attendees.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the coordination and execution of events from start to finish, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site logistics.
• Support with event logistics such as registration, guest check-in, and coordination of event materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop event timelines, agendas, and promotional materials.
• Assist in maintaining event budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
• Provide administrative support to the events team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing event databases.
• Assist in post-event evaluation and reporting, gathering feedback from attendees and stakeholders.
