Job Title : Global Print Producer - TCG Production
\n

Job Summary : Plans, schedules, coordinates and / or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle.
\n
\n

What you’ll do
\n \n
Manage moderately complex, small to medium-scale print projects.
\n
\n
Collaborate daily with internal and external teams to support the production and manufacturing of printed products from concept to finished product.
\n
\n
Support the creation of packaging design dielines, development of new products, and components.
\n
\n
Ensure clear and timely communication internally and externally using a variety of tools.
\n
\n
Serve as the primary point of contact for your active projects between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring that all production phases are completed on time, on budget, and to established quality and sustainability standards.
\n
\n
Follow RFQ processes and award all projects on comparative costing and capacity review among multiple vendors.
\n
\n
Prepare and issue complete and accurate purchase orders and assist with inventory control and invoice discrepancies as needed.
\n
\n
Extensive data entry within Oracle, Workfront, and a variety of project tracking tools.
\n
\n
Manage the organization and provision of all files to external vendors, coordinating internal proofing reviews (both soft and hard proofs) to ensure accuracy and quality.
\n
\n
\n
Participate in Team and Company Initiatives to identify and implement process improvements, aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall production quality.

What you’ll bring
\n \n
3-5 years of relevant print production and print industry experience or demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
\n
\n
Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
\n
\n
Intermediate understanding of the print industry and project management terminology and disciplines for effectively quoting, sourcing, and managing print projects.
\n
\n
Experience managing color accuracy expectations in proofing and attending press checks.
\n
\n
Knowledge of packaging engineering from conception to finished goods using paper, plastics, and other substrates a plus.
\n
\n
The ability to prioritize multiple and varied tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
\n
\n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
\n
Proven ability to establish and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
\n
\n
Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
\n
\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
\n
\n
ERP and Oracle experience a plus
\n
\n
Ability to travel domestically if / when needed, for press checks.
\n
\n
Proficient in using a computer for extended periods as part of daily responsibilities.
\n
\n
Ability to work in the Bellevue office a minimum of 3 days per week.
\n
\n \n
\n
Base Salary Range : For this role, new hires generally start between $78,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year. The full range is $78,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
