Job Description

We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians for residential service work. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components.
• Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide clear explanations of work performed.

Work Environment

Work Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm, with potential weekend shifts. Be part of an on-call schedule, currently being finalized, and work in and around residential homes throughout the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs.

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $75000.00 / yr.
