What You'll Do

Operate and monitor plant equipment to maximize production efficiency.

Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot issues to uphold safety and operational integrity.

Perform basic maintenance and make necessary adjustments to machinery.

Follow all safety protocols and comply with environmental regulations.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production targets.

Conditions of Employment

The selected candidate must successfully pass a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screening, and background check.

Some positions may require ongoing drug and alcohol testing as per FMCSA regulations.

Work Environment

This role involves working in environments with moving mechanical equipment, variable weather conditions, and elevated noise levels.
