An Internal Medicine Physician is needed for a 3-month assignment, providing primary care to patients in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. The physician will see 15-20 patients daily, ensuring effective medication management for adult and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include oversight of advanced practice providers onsite, requiring an active Indiana license and board certification.

  • Coverage Need

ASAP - 3-month assignment to start

  • Schedule

    • Monday thru Friday 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 p.m.

  • No Call, No Weekends
  • Clinical Details

    • Primary care at both assisted living and skilled nursing facilities

  • Seeing 15-20 patients a day
  • Working at on facility per day
  • Multiple Sites in catchment area
  • Reliable transportation
  • Medication management
  • Adult and Geriatric Patients
  • Oversees APP's onsite
  • Clinical Support

    • Nurse Practitioner

  • Requirements

    • Active Indiana License

  • ACLS, BLS
  • Active IN DEA & CSR
  • Board certified
  • AMDA certification preferred but not required
  • EMR

    • Chart Path including A.I. Ambience Auto Scribe - point click care
