We are looking for dynamic team members to join our coordinating team and drive the success of our company. As a Customer Service Representative - Coordinator, you will monitor job file status, maintain internal and external communications with all stakeholders, and digital and physical file management. Your responsibilities include the initial intake from all client networks, communicating daily with crews to ensure all required documentation is captured on site, and performing all job close-out activities, including coordination with the accounting department to ensure proper invoicing.

Responsibilities
Daily monitoring of job status to ensure accuracy in all project file documentation.
Communicate with crews to ensure all documentation is captured on site.
Oversee the successful completion of each emergency restoration project.
Handles all administrative tasks for each job to include scheduling, estimating, and customer service.
Qualifications
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Experience in the restoration industry is preferred
Experience with writing estimates is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
