Cisco Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Specialist in Cisco Services and Renewals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer Cisco renewals and upsell opportunities for assigned accounts

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to prepare and present renewal quotes and proposals

Maintain and reconcile Cisco contract inventory and assist in the Services EA sales cycle

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a support agreement renewal role

Strong knowledge of Cisco services, contracts, and Enterprise Agreements

Experience with Cisco asset / contract management systems

Contract and order management experience

Experience supporting federal government programs is preferred
